Post receiving your request, Universal packagings Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process. It is advised that the return packets should be adequately packaged. The final decision of the request will lie with Universal packaging and cannot be contested.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, Universal packaging is here to help. If the products in your order are ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’, ‘Wrongly Shipped’ or in a ‘Not as Described’ state, please notify us within 7 days from the receipt of your order. Subject to a quality check from our end, we’ll do our best to process your request in a timely manner. In case, we do not receive any objection from you within 7 days of delivery, we will consider the goods are as per the specifications requested by you.
Customers can return products that are ‘Damaged,’ ‘Defective,’ ‘Wrongly Shipped,’ or ‘Not as Described.’ To be eligible for a return, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Upon receiving your request, our support team will confirm the return process and provide instructions for packaging and shipping the return items.
Returned items should be adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit. The final decision on the return will be at the discretion of Universal Packagings and is subject to a quality check.
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed via NEFT/RTGS, and the amount will be credited within 7-10 working days. Logistics charges for the return will be borne by Universal Packagings.
Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled online before dispatch. Cancellations will be processed within 1-2 business days, and the customer will be notified via email. The full order amount will be refunded.
After Dispatch: For returns after receipt, the above return policy applies.
